SAF-T Auto Centers Warranty Policy

SAF-T Auto Centers is proud to offer one of the most competitive warranties in the auto repair industry. Our warranty coverage includes:

• 3-Year / 36,000-Mile Limited Warranty – Covers defects and failures in most parts and labor purchased and performed at SAF-T Auto Centers. Some exclusions apply, including but not limited to wearable parts such as brake pads, rotors, wiper blades, and tires.
• 1-Year / 12,000-Mile Limited Warranty – Applies to repairs completed through an aftermarket warranty company. Coverage terms and conditions may be subject to the warranty provider’s policies.
• Extended Parts Warranty – In certain cases, parts may be covered for a longer period based on the manufacturer’s warranty. Please inquire at the time of service for details on specific parts.
• Nationwide Warranty Coverage – If you experience a covered failure more than 25 miles from our shop, you may be eligible for assistance under our NAPA AutoCare Nationwide Warranty. Contact 1-800-452-NAPA for further details and support.

Exclusions & Limitations
This warranty does not cover:

• Failures due to improper use, neglect, abuse, accidents, or modifications.
• Wearable components such as brake pads, clutches, and other parts subject to normal wear and tear.
• Repairs performed at other facilities without prior authorization from SAF-T Auto Centers.
